What is it about cooking dinner and, more specifically, eating dinner that makes people think, "I should call my phone company and pay my bill? Who cares if i'm mid-bite and i have no idea where my credit card is! This absolutely cannot wait another moment!" Come on people, i am dying to know.
Also, i just had a customer close a call by saying (i think) "Bluuurk Bloourv." Interpretations are welcome.
